From Community Development to Leadership Training, Vision Alive Isn’t just solving problems, we’re changing lives…
Our Story
Raising African Youth to Lead, Build, and Transform
Vision Alive started with a question: “What if young people didn’t have to wait for permission to lead?”
In 2015, a group of passionate young Nigerians saw the disconnect between youth potential and real opportunity. There were brilliant ideas, but no platforms. Skills, but no mentorship. Drive, but no structure.
Instead of waiting for change, they became the change. They began organizing trainings, community service projects, and later hosted their first youth conference with just local funding and volunteers. From those early seeds, Vision Alive was born.
Vision Alive Empowerment Foundation is a youth-led, nonprofit organization committed to empowering young Africans for sustainable development through leadership, innovation, and enterprise. Headquartered in Abia State, Nigeria, we have spent the last 10 years equipping youth across rural and urban communities with tools to lead, build, and thrive.
From grassroots campaigns to continent-wide movements, Vision Alive continues to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, transforming young people into changemakers who lead with integrity, courage, and excellence.
